The federal program Bildungsberatung Garantiefonds Hochschule (GF-H) advises and supports young immigrants who wish to take up or continue an academic education in Germany. With this advisory and funding mandate, the program is unique in Germany and makes a substantial contribution to overcoming the shortage of skilled workers. We are looking for motivated and committed employees for this exciting and varied work.

GF-H employees work in a nationwide network and receive intensive further training to enable young immigrants to participate in education and society. New colleagues receive extensive training and are supported by experienced educational advisors.
